Creating content and a marketing message that makes potential customers care – and take action – should be the goal of all businesses and should be top of mind for all businesses. “Marketing communication is not just telling the Who/What/When and Where, but also the “Why and the How”. We discuss consumer psychology, customer motivations, marketing secrets, effective and appropriate calls-to-action, paid and free advertising and more. We then discuss where this content and message might appear; website, press releases, printed marketed materials, online advertising, blogs, vlogs, YouTube videos and elsewhere.
