Whether you are making your first SE hire, to scaling and enabling best practices for hundred of SEs across a global organization, the workshop provides best practice lecture, discussions, and exercises to help complement your existing Leadership practice with both strategic and tactical insights and programs. The 3-day intensive covers the full operational and human lifecycle precepts of running world class presales organizations, as well as core leadership / Emotional Intelligence competencies, and is current with the latest industry insights derived from previous cohorts and the live SE Leader peer community.
NOTE: You must be leading an SE team or preparing to, in order to be accepted to the program.
At the completion of the bootcamp, there will be an optional 12 month Leadership Coaching program via the SalesHood learning platform to help further apply the programs and insights in the course. Participants who complete the post course certification will also be joining the SE Leadership / SaaSySales alumni social network, where you share information, understanding, referrals, and opportunities.
